Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of being processed.

Please note that all our parcels are sent via Royal Mail and delivery times are normally between 5-7 working days.

Our standard shipping is £4.95.

Please contact us by emailing info@loremcare.co.uk to track your order, if you do not receive your parcel in this time.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £50, however, we do charge P&P on all trade orders.
